If you do not use one of the Compatible Carts, then you can still order and use one of our templates, however please make sure you review all of the information below first:
1. Installation / Knowledge
When you do not use one of the Compatible Carts, you will either have to install it yourself or hire another designer familiar with your particular shopping cart system install it for you. No tech support or instructions are provided to you for this. You must have a firm grasp of HTML and CSS to build your site yourself from a template.
2. What is Included
When you purchase a template you will only receive the HTML template file, CSS file and linked/flattened graphics shown in the template. You will not receive original Photoshop, Dreamweaver or Illustrator files so understand that any changes to the wording on graphics/buttons/logos will not be able to be done by you or another designer.
3. What is NOT Included
No software, shopping cart, search feature, newsletter system or additional pages of your site are included. The files you will receive will be a template only and will not be a functioning website.
4. Return Credit Link
For all templates purchased from us, whether you install it yourself or have us do it, or whether or not you make any changes to it after we send it to you still requires the return link and credit line to remain intact on all pages of the site that display our template's coding and/or graphics. We retain copyright for all templates, graphics and code.
5. Usage
You are not given permission to resell the template, unless you are transferring your business to another owner and only the new owner receives your intact website. You may not otherwise sell, distribute, or transfer the template or any part thereof to another party.
You may not use the template on more than one site. The template fee you pay is for use on a single domain only. Additional licenses may be purchased for use on additional domains. |
