| What is included with this template: |
- Custom designed template using the graphics kit you specify with your order.
- One (1) round of revisions to the initial design sample for you to request changes.
- Commercial license for each of the kits you decide to use.
- Installation of design into your cart at one of the Compatible Hosts
- HTML page, CSS file, flattened graphics shown in the sample. No original PSD files can be provided and the graphics kit must be purchased by you separately if you want to use those graphics for other design work you do on your own.
- Installation of your existing logo into the template, if you have one. Logo should be provided in .png, .eps, layered .psd format with a clear background. Sometimes .gif and .jpg will work.
- License to use the template on the website indicated on your order. Use of template on additional sites requires purchase of a license for each site.

| What is NOT included: |
- Product data entry
- Entry of your categories and/or information pages to your cart system
- Web hosting or shopping cart/content management system
- Domain name
- Source files (.psd) for graphics used in the design
- Transfer of ownership of any part of the template, code, or graphics
- Source files (PSD) for graphics used in the design, or the original graphics kit itself

How it works:
- You choose the digital kit(s) that you would like to use from the links above (additional charges apply for using more than one kit, see below).
- We purchase the kit(s) you specify and the commercial license(s).
- We will then ask you which elements from the kit(s) that you like and would like to use. There are many elements that come with each kit and it's impossible to use them all, plus we want you to love it so we make sure to get your input before we start.
- We then work our magic and provide you with the design. You will then have one (1) round of revisions where you can give us your feedback/requests to move or change items.
- We'll then finish up and send you the template, or install the design in your shopping cart, if applicable (additional fees apply for shopping cart and installation, see options below).
Additional designs and/or rounds of revisions beyond what is stated above can be provided if requested, but will be billed at our hourly design rate of $65/hour.
Terms:
*The images we provide to you are derivative works created, under license, with graphics from the designer. We only provide you with flattened versions of the images we create for use in your template. We can not provide you with the original graphics from the kit used in your design, nor can we provide any original layered files. If you would like to use the kit for other items for your site, you will have to purchase it from the designer on your own. The license to use their graphics for your design is not purchasing ownership of the graphics, only the ability to use them in the design that I do for you.
By purchasing this package you are agreeing to abide by all of our listed on this page and our Terms pages.
Please be aware that the line at the bottom of all pages that gives credit to us and the designer MUST stay intact at all times. Under no circumstances may you remove the "Graphics by..." or "Web Design by..." lines or you will be in violation of our terms and the designer's commercial license. If you alter the design in any way, this does NOT create a derivative work free of copyright or license terms. Removing the graphics from your site and from your use does not grant you the ability to remove the credit line unless you remove EVERY SINGLE GRAPHIC. You may not use one graphic, no matter what size, without proper credit given.
