| I need a website. What do I need to order? |
Setting up an online boutique with one of our templates requires three things:

Register Your Domain Name - You can register a domain at a site like GoDaddy.com. |
| STEP 2 |
Sign Up with a Compatible Web Host - The Compatible Hosts provide the web hosting and shopping cart system. These systems enable you to add your content and manage your products, categories, etc. on your own. |

Order Your Template
- This is what makes it look pretty! If you already have hosting set up or will be having us set it all up for you, start shopping for your template. |
What do I order if I already have a site?
If you already have a website and want to keep your current shopping cart and web hosting, AND you already use one of the approved hosts, then you can order any one of our templates or template packages and installation of the template will be included for free.
If you use one of the carts that is compatible but requires an additional installation fee, make sure to select that option during your order to add the appropriate fee.
If you do not use one of the Compatible Hosts, then we can email you a Zip file of the template for you to install it yourself or have someone else do it for you.

| How does the order process work? |
- Browse our site to the template you would like to order. Enter all requested customization info and proceed through checkout to make your payment.
- After placing your template order, visit our Submit Login Info page to provide us with the login info for your site.
- Get started adding your products, pages and info! If you have a new site, you can start working on it any time. It will not interfere with what we are doing with your template. You do not need to wait for us to install the template to start working on adding content to your site!
- We start working on your template within a few business days. Please check our Turnaround Times page for our current schedule.
- When we have your template customized and ready to install, we will send you a link to preview it and give your approval.
- Once we have your approval we will install your template!
Note: If you are not using one of the Compatible Hosts, we will send you the link to your preview and once approved we will email you the Zip file containing your template files.

| How long will it take? |
Please note these are APPROXIMATIONS and times could vary based on the
amount of orders received during that week and our current workload. Time frame begins once we have all of your information. |

| What if I need changes later on at some point? Are they included? |
Once we install the template, any updates after that point are billed at our hourly maintenance rate of $45/hour, and are subject to our current availability. Contact us with all of the details about exactly what you would like to change and we will provide an estimate. |

| Do you have a number I can call if I have questions? |
While we understand the desire to speak to someone on the phone, unfortunately this is just not a method that works very well for our home-based business. We are a small online business and provide customer support via email only at this time. |

| Can I use my own logo with one of your templates? |
Yes, usually we can add your existing logo to the template. There is no additional charge for this assuming there are no graphic changes that we have to make to the logo. The logo you should provide to us should be in one of the following file formats for best results: PNG, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF. We can sometimes use JPG and GIF logos but that depends on the logo quality and the template you choose. If the template you choose has a color behind the logo other than white, then it's more important that you send us a high quality logo with a clear background (one of the first set of file types listed above). |

| Can I purchase a template that is sold out? |
No, we do not sell limited edition templates that have been already sold the specified number of times, re-sell OOAK templates that have been sold and used before, or re-sell unlimited templates that have been retired. When you order a limited edition or OOAK template, know that they are truly limited or OOAK and not oversold. |

| Can I use your templates with my own cart/host? |
You can use our templates with any cart system, site builder or web host, however we will only offer installation services for our Compatible Hosts. Our templates can be used with or without a shopping cart. If you do not use a host or cart system listed on the Compatible Hosts page, then you will have to format the template as needed for your particular system and install it yourself (or hire someone else to do it). |

| If I use one of your templates will I be able to add products and make changes to the site myself? |
If you are using one of the Compatible Hosts, then it depends on which template you choose as to how much you will be able to edit on your own. We always integrate our templates as much as possible into your cart's system so you can edit the categories and page links, as well as the homepage content as much as possible from your admin. Sometimes photos are not able to be easily changed on your own unless you are skilled at re-sizing and uploading photos to your site. How much you can edit on your own heavily depends on your abilities for re-sizing and uploading photos and sometimes editing HTML, depending on the changes you want to make.
If you are not using on of the Compatible Hosts, then please understand that the templates themselves do not provide any functionality to your site or give you the ability to add to/update your site on your own. The template is just the design framework, which is implemented into a shopping cart system like those on our Compatible Hosts page. The shopping cart/site builder system is what gives you the ability to manage and maintain your site on your own, not the template. If you purchase the template by itself you will receive a zip file with one HTML page, some images and a CSS file. |

| I like one of your templates, but want it in a different color scheme or font. Is that possible? |
Yes, we can change the color scheme or fonts in almost any of our website templates for a small fee. The options to specify these changes are on each of the template ordering pages. |

| What payment types do you accept? Do you have payment plans/layaway? |
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not have payment plans or layaway available for website templates or packages at this time. |

| What is your privacy policy? |
We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.
Information Collection & Use:
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
