After placing your template order, visit our Submit Login Info page to provide us with the login info for your site.
Get started adding your products, pages and info! If you have a new site, you can start working on it any time. It will not interfere with what we are doing with your template.
We start working on your template within a few business days. Please check our Turnaround Times page for our current schedule.
When we have your template customized and ready to install, we will send you a link to preview it and give your approval.
Once we have your approval we will install your template!
Note: If you are not using one of the Compatible Carts, we will send you the link to your preview and once approved we will email you the Zip file containing your template files.
